How do I get started with Codify?
Install the app from the Shopify App Store, open it from your Shopify admin, and follow the setup wizard.
Your COD form will be ready in minutes — no coding required.

Can I try paid features before committing?
Yes! All paid plans come with a 7-day free trial. You can explore all features and cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.

What happens if I exceed my order limit?
Orders above your plan limit are charged at $0.05 per additional order (Free, Pro, and Premium plans). The Unlimited plan has no order cap.
Q
Does Codify store my customers' personal data?
No. Customer data (name, phone, email, address) is immediately passed to Shopify and stored as part of your store's orders. We don't keep copies in our database.

What happens to my data if I uninstall the app?
All your app configuration, fraud rules, and integration settings are permanently deleted within 48 hours.
Orders already created in your Shopify store are not affected.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your Shopify admin → Settings → Apps → Codify. You won't be charged for future billing cycles.
